Impact of a life

I am so very sorry for your loss..... I have such a huge part of Doug in my life, even though he didnt know it. We met in 1982 when I was in highschool playing football and lifting weights in Oklahoma. Doug came and visited me and my brothers and family over several years. Doug shared so much with me and my older brother about working hard and doing anything we set our minds to and dedication to. Mostly he shaered his faith and love for Christ. I went on to a successful collage and beyond with football and then a US Army Green Baret career. My brother was drafted and played pro baseball as he still is driven to lift heavy. Doug came and spoke at my highschool football banquet in 1983. I always thought I would come and see him over the years when I would be home. I am so sorry I never did.. I praise God for Doug and pray for your family. I am so very sorry your huge loss.
