Doug was an outstanding person and never met a stranger. He enjoyed his time at the Ft. Smith Boys and Girls Clubs coaching and volunteering. Everyone liked him. He loved football and officiating. Everyone will miss him greatly. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
