So sad to hear of Cecil's passing. I met him through my in laws, Bill and Delores Stoudt, in the 70's. They both really thought a lot of Cecil and Reba. I remember going to his house one 4th of July for a wonderful party. It was a pleasure to know him. Prayers for the family.
