Glen and I were the best of friends at Chaffin Jr High. Glen lived about 3 or 4 houses down from us on South U street,  he was always at our house as it was his second home. We played all the sports at Chaffin together and we were close as brothers . We went to Arkansas Tech football camp together in the summer of 1979 and had the time of our lives.  Glen brought his entire stereo system and we rocked out the athletic dorm to some Foghat,  Van Halen, and Ted Nugent,  we flirted with the band girls at the student union when we were not having practice and we were so excited when we were asked to the band dance at the end of the week, as that was a huge honor ! "showed we had some game :) " Glen was always ready to do anything ,  from throwing water balloons at the seniors going to prom , and running for our lives for our excellant aim, to    raising the most money for MS , to helping Coach Bridges lay out the water pipes to water the practice field.  I could tell stories for days about all the things Glen and I did .  He wil be truly missed by me and my entire family, as Glen was a part of our family for 2 years. My thoughts and prayers go out to  Glen and his family,  he is truly missed.
