Condolences

Condolence From: Sue
Condolence: My heart was sadden over the loss of your son Eli and wanted to give my warmest condolences to the family. To lose a child a part of you can bring such overwhelming grief but the God of all comfort tells us at 2 Kings 20:5 He hears our prayers, he sees our tears and he feels our pain. At jw.org we can read in the Bible John 5:28,29 that not only does God care but it will move him to remove all the suffering he sees and gives assurance that you will hold your precious son in your arms once again. May all the sweet memories you had with Eli his smile, his laughter, his love, give you calm and peace to help you through the dark moments until God’s promises come true. Again so very sorry for your heartache.

Condolence: Mr. & Mrs. Walker,

I'm sure you don't remember me. Eric & Aaron Russell are my boys. Eli spent quite a bit of time in my home. He was funny, smart, driven & a good friend to my boys. Thank you for raising an incredible young man & sharing him with the rest of us. I found this poem. I'd like to share it with you.

HIS JOURNEY HAS JUST BEGUN

Don't think of him as gone away, his journey has just begun. Life has so many facets, this earth is only one.

Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears, in a place of warmth & comfort where there are no days & years.

Think how he must be wishing that we could know today, how nothing but our sadness can really pass away.

And think of him as living in the hearts of those he touched. For nothing loved is ever lost, & he was loved so much. ~~~author unknown~~~

Condolence: Heartfelt sympathy to the Walker family. There are no words to express the pain and sadness of losing our children at such a young age, with so much life ahead. Very soon we will see the promise in Revelation 21:4 fulfilled where it says: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." I hope your memories of Eli will help ease your pain and grief at this time. May the "God of All Comfort" be with you now and in the difficult days ahead. (2 Corinthians 1:3,4)
