Stephanie P. Locklear, 47, of Bonanza, Arkansas passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 in her home. She was born on November 16, 1970 to Jeff Stephen and Patricia (Veach) Helms. She was a retired LPN and had worked for both the Hackett School System and Cooper Clinic in Greenwood. She was the past vice president of the Hackett PTO and was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her son Shelby Locklear and her father Jeff Helms.
Funeral services are 1:00PM, Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith with burial to follow in Steep Hill Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Brittney Locklear of Hackett, AR; one son, Barrett Locklear of Hackett, AR; her mother, Patricia Helms of Bonanza, AR and her brother, Jeff Helms and his wife Dee of Fort Smith, AR.
Pallbearers are Jeff Helms, Ward Locklear, Brice Stroud and Traye Stokes.
The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
