It has been my pleasure to have had Carroll as a shipmate and true friend for the past 72 years. We always enjoyed visiting with him and Jean when we served together on the USS ROWAN DD782 from 1946 to 1948 and when we went to some of the Rowan reunions and got to meet family some of the family , Gary & Linda, and Sandra and Richard. My thoughts, prayers and love goes out to you at this special time in your lives, I loved your dad and mom.
