Jim Ralph Watkins, 69 of Evansville, Arkansas passed away Friday, August 24, 2018 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He worked for Klassmyer Construction Company in Damascus, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Geneva Watkins; one sister, Terry Watkins; one son, Jimmy Joe Watkins and one great- grandson, Brantley Davis.

Funeral service will be at 2 PM Monday, August 27, 2018 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with cremation to follow under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by his wife, Janie (Evans) Watkins of the home; one daughter, Paula Winsted and husband, Rodney of Evansville; two sons, James Watkins and wife, Danya of Evansville, Frank Watkins and wife, Karen of Uniontown; three sisters, Teresa Franklen and Tammy Watkins both of Chester, Tina Cluck of Evansville; eleven grandchildren and eleven great- grandchildren.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Sunday, August 26, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street ,Van Buren, Arkansas.
