James Howard Kelly, 85, of Alma, Arkansas passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 at a local nursing home. He was born in Mountainburg, Arkansas to the late Bigie and Jennie (Teague) Kelly. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Washington.

Services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, March 23, 2018 graveside at Cecil Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.

James is survived by his wife Carolyn (Almond) Kelly of the home; one son, Jimmy Kelley of Fort Smith; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The family will visit with friends Thursday, March 22, 2018 from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at Ocker Chapel of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 E. Alma, Arkansas.
