Charles Stillman McGowan, 75, of Alma, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 in his home. He was a retired logger and of the Christian Faith. He was born January 4, 1942 in Avoca, Arkansas.
Cremation is under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy McGowan of the home; two daughters, Charlene Lawson of Orange Cove, CA and Rebecka Turner of Mountainburg, AR; three sons, Ronnie McGowan of Fort Smith, AR, Jerry McGowan of Orange Cove, CA and Nicholas McGowan of Springdale, AR; five sisters, Mary Frazier of Alma, AR, Betty Thomas, Jean Williams, Sharon Chumbley and Brenda Smith all of California; one brother, Billy McGowan of California and 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
