Nancy Sue (Phillps) McCoy, 83 of Van Buren passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. She was a member of the Rena Road Church of Christ in Van Buren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill McCoy.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.

She is survived by her three sons, Mark Shannon McCoy and wife, Terria Ann of Fort Smith, Arthur David McCoy of the Philippines, Joseph McCoy and wife, Alysia of Alma; two half-brothers, Dr. William Joe Phillips of St. Louis, Missouri, Steven Phillips of Ponca City, Oklahoma; two granddaughters, Ruth Clemmons and Sara McCoy; four grandsons, Zachary, Owen, Clayton and Eli McCoy; two great-grandsons, Connor McCoy and Brenden McCoy.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Friday, November 10, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Ocker Funeral Home 700 Jefferson Street Van Buren.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Burkhart, Monty Burkhart, Lester Hopwood, David Banks, Allen Hamilton, Ronnie Gregory.

Honorary pallbearers will be A.Z. Hudson, Sherman Hopwood, John Kozar, Wayne Bray, Ray Davidson, and James Hawkins.
