Paul W. Richardson, 69, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 in a local hospital. He was born on April 25, 1948 in Rogers, Arkansas to Hubert and Ruth (Dillard) Richardson. He was in food service as a catering truck owner and driver and had formerly been a realtor. Paul was an active member for 32 years of First Assembly of God Church in Van Buren, AR. His hobbies were collecting old coins, traveling with his wife and grandchildren and being the “world’s best PaPa”. He was preceded in death by his parents and two grandsons, Bryce Redwine and Trevor Serjeant.
Funeral services are 1:00PM, Friday, November 3, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Rose Richardson of the home, two sons, Kirk Redwine and his wife Stephanie of Van Buren, AR and Phillip Richardson; two daughters, Paula Kaylor and her husband Travis of Dover, AR and Vanessa Wilburn and her husband Mart of Bakersfield, CA; one brother, Lloyd Richardson and his wife Lois of Pea Ridge, AR; seven grandchildren, Amanda Easter, Zachary, Adam and Sara Richardson and Jordan, Payton and Blake Redwine and six great grandchildren.
The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM, Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
