Kenneth Ray Harrell, 71, of Rudy, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017. He was a loving and devoted Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Friend to all. He was good with his hands always building, fixing or working on his farm. He had a contagious smile that could light up a room and make all feel welcome. He was a retired employee of Dixie Cup and a member of Rudy Baptist Church. He was born August 6, 1945 in Fort Smith to the late Crigler Louis and Alberta Josephine (Pool) Harrell. He was also preceded in death by a son, K. C. Harrell.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A. M. Friday, July 28, 2017 at Ocker Chapel of Alma with interment in Byers Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Alma.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Harrell of the home; one daughter, Vada Harrell and spouse, A.J. Harrell of Benton; one son, Nick Harrell and wife Jennifer of Conway; one brother, Lewis Harrell and wife Agnes of Alma; Niece, Marcy Blanton and Nephew, Tom Harrell both of Alma and 4 grandchildren, Kane, Kimbrow, Jada and Vance Harrell.
Pallbearers will be Tom Harrell, Trey Stanfil, Dallas Carr, Dillon Carr, Justin Blanton, Brooks Blanton and Jake Harrell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Darrell Bryant, Bob Harmon, Charles Moreton, Bob Anders, Earl Richards and Ed Gill.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Ocker Funeral Home of Alma, 917 Hwy. 64 East, Alma, AR.
