Condolences

Condolence From: Carolyn Cody Stewart
Condolence: Having just learned of Dennis' passing, I want to send sincerest condolences to all of his family and many friends. Dennis and his brother, Ronnie, were just amazing friends to my brother, Russ Cody, before he died in 2012. I'll never forget the love and friendship and just being there when needed they gave to Russ. Dennis was so very proud of his wife, daughter, her husband, children, and the rest of his family that you could hear the smile in his voice when he talked about them. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He will be missed by many.

Condolence: Sincere condolences to Dennis' family.
Death of the flesh is temporary. Eternal life awaits. Dennis had a deliciously wicked curveball; could make right handed hitters knees buckle; i know, faced him enough as well as a great teammate. Tremendously gifted in many ways; genuinely a nice guy, great competitor as well!!

Condolence: I am so sorry for your loss, not knowing Mr. Pugh myself I can only imagine the type of loving father that would groom such a hard working, compassionate and giving leader that he left behind in Melinda. I am thankful for his legacy as she has become a mentor and leader for me.

Condolence From: Ben Gibson
Condolence: Ron, JoAnn, Rodger: Very very sorry for your loss of your brother -- I am thinking of you and praying for you all that you'll find the strength and have the support that you need for this very difficult time. Please remember "the Lord is close to those who are broken-hearted and crushed in spirit", so while you are hurting, you have so many thinking of you and, above all, Him to go to with your grief. With deepest sympathy ~

Condolence: Friend, teammate, great pitcher. We should all be so lucky as to live life to the fullest the way Dennis did. Everyone he touched came away happier. Great story teller, singer, husband, father, and brother. Wicked slider. Dennis was one of a kind and will be missed.
