Jacob Childress-Carter, 31, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 in his home. He was born on July 7, 1985 in Moses Lake, WA. He is a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran and a member of Goddard United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father Lynn Cater.
Graveside services with military honors are 11:00AM, Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at the U.S. National Cemetery under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
He is survived by his mother Kathleen Carter of Fort Smith, AR and a brother, David Childress-Carter of Fort Smith, AR.
