Fannie Lou Granger Telaar, 90, of Fort Smith, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017 in a local hospital. She was born on February 18, 1927 in Lavaca, AR to Sherman and Ruth (Perry) Granger. She was a retired CPA and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Telaar.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM, Thursday, May 25, 2017 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Liberty Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends from 4-6PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
She is survived by her three sisters, Jean Anthony of Fort Smith, AR, Mary Ann Caldwell of Newark, OH and Sherma Granger of Lavaca, AR; one brother, Charles Granger of Lavaca, AR; Eleven nieces and nephews, David M. and Sherman Caldwell, Perry Granger, Tina Biggerstaff, Jerry Hughes, Cheryl Ware, John, Glenn and Arthur Parr, Sue Hughes and Sandra Yocum; several great, great great nieces and nephews and Vic Curtis who Fannie Lou loved like a son.
Pallbearers are John David, Arthur and Paul Parr, Brian Hughes, Robert Biggerstaff and Larry Martin.
Honorary Pallbearers are Allyn Donabauer, Perry Granger, Ronnie Robertson, Gene Herdison and Cliff Pearcy.
